Orthopedic Shoe Insoles

The standard full-sole version of the orthopedic insoles costs CHF 410.80. The short version is only used in special cases. During a consultation, we find the optimal solution for our customers. The price includes a fitting appointment, the first check-up within three months after delivery of the insoles, and a three-month adjustment guarantee.

If necessary, we conduct a comprehensive running and gait analysis before creating orthopedic shoe insoles, which is charged separately. The cost for both together amounts to CHF 660.80 for adults.

Shoe insoles can usually be billed through supplementary insurance. However, it is worth clarifying in advance. Running and gait analyses, on the other hand, are rarely covered. We recommend clarifying cost coverage directly with the health insurance provider beforehand. The service providers SUVA, accident, and military insurance usually cover the costs for orthopedic insoles if a medical prescription is present. However, running and gait analyses in connection with insole provision are not covered by SUVA, accident, or military insurance, even if medically prescribed.

The purchase price includes a three-month adjustment guarantee. To ensure optimal comfort, we are happy to schedule a fitting appointment after the insoles are made. If adjustments are necessary, they are made directly.

After the guarantee period, we offer check-up appointments. The basic cost for this is CHF 85.– for the first check-up appointment per year, and for each additional one, the cost is CHF 65.–. Additional costs for any adjustments to the shoe insoles depend on their complexity.

NUMO shoe insoles are very durable and can be worn for several years. If heavily used or soiled, the cover can be replaced.
