The NUMO headquarters in Dietikon has developed into a competence center for clinical biomechanics. Spread over approximately 800 square meters, you’ll find our modern labs, a fully equipped orthopedic workshop, our shop for running and everyday shoes, office and training rooms, as well as an indoor sprint track with high-speed cameras and advanced measurement systems for realistic testing conditions.

History
Over 20 years ago, Laurent Hoffmann changed the sign on the door of the development department he had built for a renowned sports brand. The lab where he and his two employees crafted custom shoes for successful athletes was henceforth named NUMO.
New Motion not only described the goal they pursued but also embodied the spirit of the newly founded company. With great enthusiasm and curiosity, they advanced their research, investing their heart and soul into optimizing their orthopedic products. The high-speed cameras used for running analysis at the time now seem like relics from another era.
Today, NUMO's headquarters boasts the most modern analysis technologies and state-of-the-art infrastructure for creating orthopedic insoles. Across all NUMO locations, about 20 specialists in orthopedics, movement science, and administration are employed.
