With his open nature, a keen sense for people, and a great deal of enthusiasm, Manuel embodies what he also expects from his employees. He brings experience from very different worlds: from the event business to field service to various leadership positions – always with the goal of learning, growing, and taking responsibility. His professional journey even led him to Finland, where he lived until recently.
In 2025, he took the step from Finland back to Switzerland with his wife and two children – and found a professional home at NUMO. Landing at NUMO was a happy coincidence and the result of a good conversation with CEO Laurent Hoffmann. Manuel immediately understood Laurent's vision and saw the development opportunities – it just fit perfectly between NUMO and Manuel from the start. Today, he is passionately committed to giving people back quality of life through movement. Manuel is a family man and enjoys being active in nature in his free time.
